I got my grad photos taken today.
How time flies. It has been four years already.
Now it's near the time to say bye-bye to my schoolyard.

Life is unfair, as we all know, and a good thing, too.
If it had gone according to plan, I would still be studying at a college of no name in a small Chinese town, or probably working somewhere, earning slender income to make a living.
But fortunately, some people are marked by fate (by hard work) to overcome humble beginnings and succeed in a competitive world.
Just like me, I have had the chance to study at one of the best universities in the world and enjoyed the comfortable life in Canada.
I had never dreamt of being somewhere else other than China before I got McGill’s admission letter;
I had never thought of being on an exchange to Italy and traveling another 17 countries by chance.
All these things just happened.
I always believe that one should be grateful.
Be grateful to your family; they support beside you.
Be grateful to your teachers; they show you the world.
Be grateful to yourself; because you made this happen.
