Day Twenty Seven - Early Riser

Thank god.
Reading Week!!!
I've done all my midterms and it's the time for rest.
I was worried that once holiday came I would have a lie-in in the morning again.
Strange thing is that I'm no longer struggling so hard to get up early.
It's become my habit gradually.
I don't have to drink enough water the night before nor put the alarm outside my room.
When time comes, I can wake up by nature.

Ben Franklin said: Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.
Mornings, for me, are the most productive time of day now.
One months ago, I was starving every morning, grabbed a sandwich for lunch and ate rich food outside almost every night.
Now I use the morning time to prepare my meals for the whole day.
Cook fresh and eat fresh.
I check my emails and do some readings in the morning.
I feed Echo and comb his fur. BTW, he really has a nice coat, smooth and shining.
I get so much more done by starting on my work in the morning.
Then, when evening rolls around, I have less work that I need to do.

During the day time, I feel vigorous and active all the time and I can concentrate more in class.
I'm more efficient and productive when doing my assignment.
Even my skin is healthier and acne-free.

So far so good.
But I know I still need to be persistent.
This balance is easy to be broke. Eg. last week's concert.
